About HPNLU Library

HPNLU Library functions as the Primary Information Resource Centre and repository of printed and electronic resources for teaching and research activities at the University. The library has a rich collection of Books and Journals in the field of Law, Economics, Political Science, Management, Sociology, Psychology, etc.

The library operations are automated using ‘KOHA’ Library Management Software. The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), which is in the public domain, enables users to search documents that are physically available in the library. It helps the users to search documents from the library holding and guides them to their location on stacks.

The Library has subscribed to the Refread e-Library platform that provides 24x7 access to subscribed e-Resources anywhere, on any device. This can be accessed at https://hpnlu.refread.com/
